star “black ink crew” Caesar Emmanuel He wants to set the record straight about the viral video of him abusing his dog, and claiming that someone set it up.
Ceaser was out in New York City on Thursday night — hours after TMZ broke the story, VH1 shot him for the horrific video of him at home hitting one of his pets with a metal folding chair. He claims the video isn’t what it seems, and was simply breaking up a fight between his dogs – until one of them went for it.
He says he wishes he could get them back, but adds that, for now, he felt he had to back off his dogs any way he could, and was afraid of what might happen next.

As for the video, Caesar says the clip came from his security camera at home — and he believes someone took it out for it, since the video was leaked online.
Of course, none of this is an excuse to mistreat an animal.
Ceaser also claims that both dogs are fine now, but says he had to give up one… and get the other into serious obedience training.
