“Get off my tab*** because you’re going to taste it in the hose,” says the man, chasing after two frightened chickens, filming the scene on his phone.

“I don’t care about myself Bumper “, he begins.

The man chases a cub on a dirt shoulder, pressing the accelerator as the animal approaches.

“You got there first,” he exclaims, perhaps after catching the beast, which resumes its course.

The man further accelerates and rolls over the animal this time, crowning chains of satisfaction.

“Hang on, hang on, hang on, I’m going to pass him,” we see him tell a fellow passenger, before backing off and rolling the fawn back to the ground.

The video, posted on social networking site Snapchat, is punctuated with insults and disparaging comments against indigenous people.

The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) says it has “identified” the author of the video, which may have been filmed near September-Îles, but indicates that it has not arrested him.

“We are doing tests to clarify all of this,” he announced Pres Sgt Nancy Fournier, SQ spokeswoman for the Northern District.

Pres Attempts to reach the author of the video through various means were in vain.
