During the night from Friday to Saturday, shots were fired in the direction of Tony Accurso’s home on 15th Avenue, a normally quiet residential neighborhood in Deux-Montagnes.
A security guard hired by the Accurso family alerted authorities around 1:40 a.m., the Lac des Deux-Montagnes Police Department said.
A dozen bullet holes were listed in the front window of the house, QMI could see.
Targeted multiple times
In recent months, Tony Accurso’s relatives have been the target of several arson attacks and shootings that have resulted in no injuries.
The building, owned by Tony Accurso’s son-in-law Carol Fortin in Laval, burned twice in December and February.
In October 2022, the residence of him and his wife, the daughter of a former construction magnate, was also targeted for arson. It is on the same street as Tony Accurso’s residence.
A month later, Deux-Montagnes police arrested four suspects with gas cans near 15th Avenue. Finally, the former construction magnate’s son’s residence, located on the same cul-de-sac, was riddled with bullets in late August.
