It’s good to have options…and that’s exactly why Jay Z And Beyonce She will keep the $100 million Bel-Air mansion, despite only paying $200 million in the historic purchase.

As crazy as it sounds, sources close to the couple tell TMZ… This brand-new Malibu pillow is going to work as a weekender—in a sense—at least for now. Bel Air House told us, Sold For $88 million in 2017 “Home” is still…near children’s schools and friends.

Eventually, our sources say, Jay-Z wants to move his family into the Malibu property full-time…but he didn’t indicate if that shift would also include selling the Bel-Air.

TMZ broke the story…the couple Pay 200 million dollars For the 30,000-square-foot mansion, setting a California record for the most expensive home ever sold. It sits on 8 acres on the Pacific Ocean in Paradise Cove… aka Billionaires’ Row.

Obviously, these pieces aren’t going to stay with Jay-Z and Beyoncé… but you have to be wondering if they could work out a photo or two in the final negotiations.
