Nintendo Direct June 2023: How to watch and what to expect

The past few weeks have been full of exciting summer game offerings, and now Nintendo has thrown its Mario hat into the ring as it announces the arrival of a brand new Nintendo Direct on June 21, with nearly 40 minutes of info ‘primarily focused on launched Nintendo Switch titles’ this year, including new details on Pikmin 4.”

Where to watch Nintendo Direct June 2023

If you’re interested in watching the latest Nintendo Direct, Nintendo will be hosting its stream at Homepage, Youtube, And twitch.

Although we won’t be hosting the broadcast on IGN, the Nintendo Voice Chat team will be doing a pre-show before the live show, which starts at 6:40 AM PT / 9:40 AM ET / 2:40 PM BST, is a party. which was shown during the live stream, and Nintendo Direct collapsed immediately after the broadcast.

As for what might appear in the Nintendo Direct, it might be time to announce the long-awaited re-releases of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker and/or Twilight Princess, especially now that The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has been out in the wild. More than a month ago now. It may also be time for a DLC announcement for Tears of the Kingdom, but it may be too soon as many people are still working their way through the massive game we called a masterpiece.

Link and Zelda have also spent a lot of time in the spotlight on Nintendo’s video game scene, and it might be time for them to bow out and make room for Mario’s return. With the huge success of Super Mario Bros. And not having a main Mario game since 2017’s Super Mario Odyssey, this Nintendo Direct would be a great welcome party for the best plumber in the business.

Is there a chance we get to play a new 2D or 3D Mario game this holiday to replicate 2017’s 1-2 hits The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey? We’ll find out soon enough!

Metroid Prime 4 has also been out of action for some time and would be a very exciting announcement on the heels of the release of Metroid Prime Remastered earlier this year! It may be hard to believe, but Metroid Prime 4 was first announced back in 2017.

Something Pokemon-related might also be in the cards, since we know so little about expansions for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet and there (like me!) hope that older Pokemon games like Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow will arrive on Nintendo Switch Online.

Also, we would be remiss if we didn’t mention Hollow Knight: Silksong and Mother 3, because those two titles are always some of the most requested to appear in Nintendo Directs!
