Quebec police will move their command post to the rue du Prince-Édouard on Wednesday after they got their hands on a new surveillance video proving Jesse Duchesneau went there.

Footage captured in the area shows the 19-year-old walking around the corner of rue du Pont and rue du Prince-Édouard around 3:15 a.m. on Saturday.
A video showing him at the corner of Dorchester and Caron streets at 3 a.m. has already been released by the Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ) in recent days.
These new images represent the last moments of his journey to date, before his disappearance.
Remember that Jessy Duchesneau, from Paspébiac in Gaspésie, went to Quebec last weekend to celebrate with her classmates. But the latter was never seen again after leaving Midnight Blue in the early hours of the morning.
Although the SPVQ did not confirm these facts, the youth’s relatives claim that the authorities found his phone around 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Searches on the move
In response to this new information, the police force and members of the Quebec Association of Search and Rescue Volunteers (AQBRS) will begin a new search in the area on Wednesday morning.
A mobile command post will also be moved near the intersection of rue du Pont and rue du Prince-Édouard.
“SPVQ is always on the ground collecting new components,” notes SPVQ spokeswoman Sandra Dion.

The latter invites citizens who send information on the matter to come and meet with investigators on site.
