“We have reason to fear for his life,” explains Sandra Diane’s spokeswoman for the Service de la de Ville de Quebec (SPVQ).

The Boulevard Charest is completely closed in both directions, between rue Saint-Sauveur and rue Saint-Germain. The forensic identification unit and key criminal investigators have arrived at the scene to clarify the circumstances of the conflict.

All hypotheses, including voluntary action, are currently being considered.
