Police identified the victims as Sachs and his three passengers on board: Christian Klebser – who is from the United States – and his two daughters, Madita, 10, and Annick, 12.
The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force said: “The bodies of the four above-mentioned individuals were recovered from the aircraft/sea by Coast Guard personnel and were later declared dead by a medical practitioner.”
It was not immediately clear what caused the plane to crash. The investigation is ongoing.
