A farmer from the Portneuf area is facing serious charges after a collision with his tractor that killed a motorcyclist in the summer of 2023.
Françoise Trottier, soon to be 72, has been charged with criminal negligence and dangerous driving for causing the death of a 45-year-old mother of two.
During the trial on March 26, the Deschambault-Grondines resident promised in court to plead guilty, but only in the fall.
