Weather: Cool on Sunday

Yoyo spring weather continues: A cold front will sweep across Quebec on Sunday and Monday, followed by a rapid rise in temperatures starting Tuesday.

A special weather forecast issued by Environment Canada on Sunday predicts a severe drop in mercury, snow in places and strong winds.
