Mother’s Day is this Sunday, May 12, but those planning outdoor activities may postpone their plans. When it comes to good weather, not everyone is a winner in the province this weekend.

“This weekend, we will be under the influence of a trough, in other words, cold air aloft. This low-pressure area is favorable for the formation of clouds and precipitation, thus giving us unsettled weather. Temperatures will be colder than normal if a trough occurs,” explains meteorologist Kevin Cloutier. .
