One person was killed after a helicopter crashed into a hotel in Australia on Monday.
The flight, which took place in the northeastern city of Cairns, was “unauthorised”, Nautilus Aviation, the plane’s owner, said in a statement.

“Nautilus Aviation is working closely with Queensland Police, the Australian Transport Safety Bureau and other authorities as they investigate the unauthorized use of one of our helicopters in the early hours of this morning,” the charter airline said in a statement shared with Business Insider.
“As we continue to fully support the ongoing investigation, we will not be making further comment at this time,” she added.
