Jules Lebron — The person behind the viral trend “Very Demure, Very Mindful” — was upset that someone else registered a trademark first… and posted a now-deleted video of himself crying heartbroken.
The viral social media star shared a video on TikTok on Sunday… barely able to catch her face as she lay in bed — and choked up about how she felt like she invested so much time into her social media presence for nothing.
Jules Lebrun, the creator of the word “deure,” says she’s unable to launch commercial products because her viral phrase was already a registered trademark:

They say they wanted to make some money for their families… and pay for their move – and by not registering the trademark first, they felt they missed their opportunity.
It is worth noting that trademarks are not necessarily distributed on a first-come, first-served basis – the legal process allows multiple parties to present their case.
Maybe that’s why Jules quickly deleted that video… maybe they realized their case wasn’t entirely without hope.
We uncovered the story… a Washington State man named Jefferson Bates. Apply for trademark “So humble..so conscious..” hoping to make some money off the viral phrase.
Waiting for your permission to upload media to Instagram.
We were pretty sure Jools wasn’t behind the petition – though the name of their government is still unknown – given their presence around Chicago, and this clip seems to confirm that they haven’t filed yet.
So, now that everyone’s panic is over, it’s time for LeBron to be polite, mindful… and maybe hire a lawyer!
