A car overturned at full speed after crashing into several parked vehicles in a residential area of Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie in Montreal.

A black Ontario-registered Jeep allegedly ran a red light at full speed on Rosemont Boulevard Friday, losing control and hitting several parked cars on Saint-Vallier Street in the borough of Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie-La-Petit-Patrie. Afternoon.
According to eyewitnesses, the driver first hit the door of a car and crashed into no less than three parked vehicles before taking off. The jeep overturned and the driver fled before the police reached the spot. No injuries were reported.
Shocked, a nursing assistant says the vehicle nearly hit her. The woman was about to get out of her car to join a customer when the driver overtook her at full speed and crashed into the parked vehicle in front of her.
An investigation is underway and a security perimeter has been established at the corner of Boulevard Rosemont and Rue Saint-Vallier. The witnesses also questioned the authorities. The car was to be towed Friday evening, said Jean-Pierre Braband, spokesman for the Montreal Police Service.
