The driver struck a house on rue Principal in Saint-Modest before the left rim of his van got stuck on rue des Lociers at 6:50pm on April 30, authorities said.
When he exits the rue Principal in Saint-Antonin from the highway 85, the race of the drivers will have started about 10 kilometers earlier. “Several witnesses reported that the black van was driving erratically,” explains Sûreté du Québec publicist Nicolas Scholdus. Speed may also be a factor in this instance.
