The demands of the concerned group are unknown.

During the day on Wednesday, environmental activists laid hands on the tarmac near the airport’s landing stage, causing massive traffic jams.

Three women were arrested for mischief after police worked hard to remove the hands from the floor using screwdrivers, hammers and nail polish remover.

Later, on Thursday evening, activists from the same group sprayed the windows of the terminal with pink paint before being stopped by security agents.
