Elvis Cinematographer Mandy Walker took home the first prize for the film at the 37th Annual ASC Awards, which took place tonight at the Beverly Hilton. She is the first woman to win the ASC Marquee Cup.

The ASC Feature Film winner has won an Oscar nearly half the time — 17 times in 36 years. Greig Fraser won the ASC First Prize last year for DuneOn its way to winning an Academy Award.

Walker will compete for the Academy Award for Best Cinematography on March 12 against fellow nominees Darius Khondji (Bardot) and Roger Dickens (The Empire of Light), along with James Friend (All Quiet on the Western Front) and Florian Hofmeister (tar).

The Documentary Award went to Ben Bernard and Rigo Das for HBO all this breathes, and Sturla Brandth Grøvlen received the DCM Films Spotlight Award war sailor.

Stephen Goldblatt, two-time Academy Award nominee (Help the prince of tides) received a Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by Help Oscar winner Octavia Spencer.

TCM’s Ben Mankiewicz celebrated his sixth time hosting the ASC Awards, which honor the year’s best in feature film, documentaries and television cinematography.
