Apple’s next iPhone 15 event is likely to take place on Tuesday, September 12, bloombergMark Gorman said today. In a tweet, Gorman said that “increasingly, the evidence points to September 12th,” which would align with the timing of previous iPhone events.
in Power On Newsletter Shared over the weekend, Gurman suggested Sept. 12 or Sept. 13 as two possible dates for the event, but now Tuesday appears to be the more likely candidate.
Fall iPhone events usually take place during the first two weeks of September, most often on Tuesdays. Launching in early September allows Apple to push iPhone sales before the end of the fiscal quarter.
Evidence is increasingly pointing to September 12th as the iPhone 15 event date, but apparently things are still subject to change in theory. https://t.co/hVKgjJGMc1

If the iPhone 15 models are revealed on September 12 and Apple sticks to their usual debut timing, pre-orders will take place on Friday, September 15, and launch will begin on Friday, September 22.
We expect Apple to introduce four new iPhone models, including iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Dynamic Island is expected to expand to all iPhone 15 models, plus Apple will adopt USB-C for charging instead of Lightning. Most of the other changes will be limited to the Pro models, with those set to feature slimmer bezels, a faster A17 chip, new camera tech, and more, as seen in the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro reports.
The fall event should also see the debut of the new Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra, and shortly after the event we will see the launch of iOS 17, iPadOS 17, tvOS 17, and watchOS 10.
