We live with what was expected to be a possible Super Bowl preview, but since then it’s been anything but, with the Buffalo Bills hosting the Green Bay Packers for the Week 8 edition of Sunday Night Football.
Buffalo are fresh out after winning each of their last three games, and entered this competition 5-1 with the second-best EPA in the league for every mark played on either side of the ball. Josh Allen is the MVP’s roster, Stefon Diggs is at the top of his game, Von Miller has taken defense to a new level, and Tre’Davious White hasn’t even stepped onto the field yet.
Meanwhile, Green Bay is struggling hard, having lost three times in a row to giants, planes and captains. Aaron Rodgers is openly frustrated with just about everyone, and the defense just doesn’t live up to his potential. Rodgers has lost four games in a row only twice in his career: his first season as a starter in 2008, then again in 2016.
Will the billing continue to be rolled out, or will the packagers get back on track? We’ll find out soon enough. In the meantime, keep it closed to our live blog throughout the evening as we update you on stats, scores and features.
