With beautiful sunshine, it will be even colder near Quebec, where wind chills will reach -19 Friday afternoon and -27 Saturday morning.
In general, perceived temperatures will fluctuate between -14 and -27 in the south of the province in Estrie, Centre-du-Québec, Mauricie, Lanaudière and Laurentides.
A little snow
Residents of Bas-Saint-Laurent may see a few flakes or even light snow with up to 2 cm of accumulation in the corners of Rimouski and Gaspé.
The same goes for Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, where the federal government warned of a risk of freezing due to a -30 wind chill Saturday morning.
