Two seniors were injured in a Friday morning fire at an apartment building in Levis.
The fire broke out on the third floor of the building located on Rue Paras. The fire broke out at the rear of the building around 4am and then quickly spread to the roof of the three-apartment building.
Two elderly people were found unconscious in their apartment.
A man is in a critical condition: he was taken to the hospital due to cardiac arrest.
For her part, a woman fainted while being treated by firefighters but regained consciousness shortly before being taken to hospital.
Other residents of the apartment building were able to evacuate their apartments.
About thirty firefighters were dispatched to the scene.
