Samantha Emily Bryan is a 24-year-old woman from Ontario.

The scene led to horrifying videos of the driver traveling in opposite directions, between two lanes of the highway.
Vehicles facing a wrong-way driver had only a few tenths of a second to react.
The fleeing vehicle finally ended its course when officers collided head-on with a pickup truck.
According to the latest information from the Bureau of Independent Investigations (BEI), the occupants of the second vehicle involved in the accident luckily escaped the collision.
