The fight broke out on the 401 Freeway near Leslie Street around 5 p.m. Tuesday during rush hour.
Witnesses filmed the scene and although Ontario police arrested two suspects, the footage will be used in the investigation, explained Kerry Schmidt of the Ontario Provincial Police.
This is something that should never happen, said the police spokesperson.
“I don’t know what’s causing this kind of increase. You know, people can have brain seizures, but it can turn violent and deadly, and you never know what’s going to happen. It’s definitely not worth it.
“This is absolutely unacceptable at any time and place, and anyone witnessing this type of behavior is urged to call the police,” the officer concluded.
