An American tourist met by TVA Nouvelles at the Montreal-Trudeau airport did not appreciate Air Canada’s personnel management.
“We are from America. What I just experienced was third world! Third world! I will no longer travel on Air Canada, it’s over! ” he exclaimed.
Faced with hours of chaos, passengers are impatient and don’t hesitate to voice their opinion on customer service.
“It’s a big disappointment, we’re very disappointed with the customer service. We’ve really been left to our own devices, abandoned,” lamented one passenger.
“I checked in at 3h30. I got here around 5am and instead of seeing customer service agents, I was shocked to see only phones, talking to someone who wasn’t there,” said another customer of the airline.
Aéroports de Montréal officials are reminding travelers to check departures and arrivals before showing up at Montreal-Trudeau.
