A waitress at a stripper bar in Longueuil has been charged with manslaughter against a customer in her seventies after an argument broke out last June when the place was closed.
Ariane Desgroseillers-Lafrans was handcuffed by the Longueuil agglomeration police department (SPAL) on Thursday.
The 32-year-old is not her first experience with justice. She has already found herself at the heart of a vast conspiracy to import 182 kg of coke (See other text) to which she pleaded guilty.
The fight took place on the night of June 3rd outside the Le Vegas strip club in Longueu at around 3am.
According to our information, the victim, 70-year-old Pierre Landry, was a customer of the establishment that evening.
In the parking lot
But for some unknown reason, an argument broke out between him and Descrocillers-Lafrance in the parking lot of the establishment, which had closed its doors.
After receiving a blow, the man would have collapsed, possibly hitting his head on the ground.
Emergency services were called and the victim reportedly died of his injuries three days later in hospital, SPAL notes.
Authorities conducted an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the tragedy and the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions (DBCP) finally approved a charge of manslaughter against the young woman.
