At around 10:30 this morning, police intervened in a building on Chemin Royal in Beauport, very close to the bus terminal.
According to preliminary information, one person has been stabbed.
Several policemen and dog unit police were deployed.
The incident appears to have occurred inside the Royal Building at 2901 Chemin. The victim is bleeding externally. There were also citizens near the terminus who contacted 9-1-1.
The victim was treated by paramedics for non-life threatening injuries.
Three people, including a woman and two men, were arrested inside the building.
Access to the building is prohibited. A security perimeter has been set up to secure the scene. Investigators and crime branch specialists, SIJ, will be on the scene soon.
An article of clothing probably belonging to the victim was found on the grounds outside.
