TROIS-RIVIÈRES | After the previous day’s Regis Labyrinth, former Health Minister Caden Barrett had just closed the 10th anniversary celebrations.e Anniversary of the Covenant Avenir Quebec (CAQ) in Mauritius.
At the entrance to the CAQ General Assembly, which concluded yesterday in Trois-Rivières, ministers of the Legault government were invited to respond to his departure by the Liberal Gaétan Barrette (see other text on page 9). Can’t be a candidate in 2022.
