CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches withdrew the operating permit for this RPA without specifying the precise reasons that led to this decision.

“The condition of the Sages House did not conform to the expected standards and was considered unacceptable for the institution,” the CISSS said in a statement.

“Despite intensive monitoring from June 2023, it had to issue a notice of withdrawal of operating certificate,” we added.
