The ski resort has set up a refund scheme for its customers.
“While we are still working on returning to operations, it is impossible to determine a date for the station’s reopening,” the message to users said.
Subscribers are given three options, a full refund of their subscription, exchange of a season pass for Stoneham or a 15% refund of the price paid while waiting for the reopening plan.
In the transfer option, the managers are also offering the option to postpone the subscription until the 2023-24 season.
15 day period
Subscribers have to fill a form and send their request by email and wait for a response within a maximum of 15 working days.
Despite the uncertainty, Mont-Sainte-Anne continues its snowmaking and trail preparation work.
In the short term, the ski resort continues to operate two training slopes.
