‘Thanks for love’: Sir Paul McCartney beams alongside wife Nancy Shevell as he shares sweet Thanksgiving selfie
Sir Paul McCartney took to Instagram on Thursday to celebrate Thanksgiving with his wife, Nancy Shevell.
The Beatle star, 80, looked age-defying while sharing the sweet selfie to his 3.9m followers – which showed him walking outdoors with his New York wife.
Despite hailing from Liverpool, the musician proved to be an American celebrant as he wrote that he was “thankful love”.

Paul was wearing a comfortable black T-shirt and zip-up hoodie, shielding his eyes with a pair of black sunglasses.
As Nancy wraps her arm around her body, she wears a black zip-up sweatshirt and matching black sunglasses.
Both had glowing skin, Nancy’s brunette locks pulled back into a low ponytail.
“Thanks for the love – Paul ❤️ #Thanksgiving #HappyThanksgiving,” Paul wrote.

Nancy is Paul’s third wife, having said “I do” to first wife Linda in 1968, and remained married until her death from breast cancer at the age of 56 in 1998.
The couple shared four children, Mary, Stella, James and Heather, a daughter Linda from a previous relationship, whom Paul legally adopted.
He then began a relationship with Heather Mills in 2000, and got married two years later — before a messy divorce in 2008.
But finally being happily ever after with Nancy, the couple’s wedding has a special meaning to him – taking place in the same place as Paul’s wedding to Linda.
Nancy is the vice president of her family’s moving company, The Chevelle Group—she first crossed paths with Paul over 20 years ago, when they both owned two homes in the Hamptons.
The legendary music star dated the businesswoman for four years before their intimate wedding, where they entertained 30 guests — including fellow Beatle Ringo Starr.

Recently, Paul bumped into John Lennon’s lookalike son Julian at New York’s JFK airport – sharing a selfie with the son of former classmate Julian Lennon.
Shocked at the chances of them crossing paths with each other — which just so happens to be just weeks away from the 42nd anniversary of his father’s death, Julian, 59, took to Twitter to share the photo.
In his caption, he wrote, “It’s amazing who you met in the airport terminal!” None other than Uncle Paul…. So, very nice, and what are the chances… thankful…. ❤️.
