Taylor Swift Allegedly Arrested Trespasser Outside Rhode Island Home

Chief of the Western Police Department Paul Gingerla He told TMZ… Cops were dispatched to the singer’s home Monday afternoon to get a report of an intruder, and when officers arrived they arrested a woman they said had been previously warned to stay off Taylor’s property.

TMZ has obtained photos showing the suspect handcuffed outside the front gate of Taylor’s home… smack in the middle of three “No Trespassing” signs.

According to court documents, which were obtained by TMZ, the woman is 54 years old Kimberly Meyer She was arrested and charged with trespassing. She has been released from custody, but is due back in court on July 14.

It’s not clear who called the police…but people who were there said Taylor’s private security ordered the woman to leave, but she refused to budge.

A source familiar with the situation tells TMZ… Taylor was staying at the home over the weekend, though it’s unclear if she was actually home at the time of the arrest.
