Tesla has reached a settlement with the family of an Apple engineer who was killed when he crashed his Model
A jury trial was scheduled to begin next week in a wrongful death lawsuit that accused Tesla of not living up to its marketing when it comes to driver assistance and safety technology in its cars.
Court documents filed on Monday said Tesla and Wei Lun Huang's family had reached a settlement, and that Tesla was requesting that the amount involved remain confidential.
