The Boys season 4 release date has been announced

The Boys season 4 release date has finally been set: June 13, 2024.

Prime Video's popular anti-superhero show based on the comic book by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson returns with three episodes on June 13, followed by a new episode each week ending with the season finale on July 18. This makes season four a total of eight episodes.

Apparently today is Homelander's birthday, and to celebrate Prime Video has also revealed new artwork for Season 4. Happy birthday, my country!

Here's the official trailer for Season 4 of The Boys:

“In Season 4, the world is on the brink. Victoria Newman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the powerful control of Homelander, who is consolidating his power. Butcher, with only a few months left to live, has lost her son Becca and his job as leader of the Boys. The rest of the team is fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they must find a way to work together and save the world before it's too late.

In December, IGN wondered if the Season 4 trailer for The Boys was teasing Homelander's death. “With Black Noir back on his feet after his altercation with Homelander in Season 3, and Senator Victoria Newman's recent acquisition of a Supe-killing virus that started as a project to keep the leader of The Seven under control, it certainly seems like there's a strong chance that the star-crossed jerk “The Sparklers won't make it out of Season 4 alive.” “But that doesn't mean we'll necessarily lose Antony Starr!” Check out the trailer details below to learn more about our theory. Other than that, here's everything we know about Season 4 of The Boys.
