The identity of Satan and his masked companions is revealed at the end of AEW Worlds

The devil, Bai Bai, has been revealed.

The AEW Worlds End was interrupted in shocking fashion when Samoa Joe eliminated MJF to become the new AEW World Champion. Once Joe was out, Adam Cole entered the ring to console his best friend following the devastating loss. Not long after, four masked men appeared at ringside and quickly entered the ring ready to take on both MJF and Cole.

Three masked men held down Cole and MJF while one of them stood in the middle with a chair ready to hit either of them. Then the lights went out and came back on to reveal Cole sitting in the chair with the four men standing behind him. Seconds later, they all removed their masks to reveal themselves as Roderick Strong, Mike Bennett, Matt Taven, and Wardlow. They continued to hit MJF while Cole watched as his foot was still apparently injured. Regardless, Adam Cole is actually Satan.

All five of these men were seeded to participate for several weeks. Wardlow has been calling for MJF's world title shot since his recent return while Strong and The Kingdom have constantly accused MJF of being the devil himself. It appears Cole had his reasons for turning his back on his rival-turned-tag team partner, though we have yet to learn the full motivating factor behind his decision. One thing is for sure, Cole has officially sided with his former partners in Strong, Bennett and Taven while adding a powerhouse like Wardlow to the mix.
