The Galaxy Buds FE have been leaked several times over the past few days, and today almost all of their promotional images have leaked. With this leak, there’s hardly anything we don’t know about Samsung’s Fan Edition wireless earbuds. Let’s take a look at its features.
Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Buds FE sometime next month alongside the Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Tab S9 FE, Galaxy Tab S9 FE+, and Galaxy SmartTag 2. The upcoming wireless earbuds feature a single audio driver instead of dual ones. The setup has been seen on the Galaxy Buds 2 and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. They also have three microphones in each earbud and ANC (Active Noise Cancellation).
The Galaxy Buds FE may be launched in black and white only, but the case color for both versions is white. It’s not clear if these earbuds can be charged wirelessly, but the case has a USB Type-C charging port. The earbuds also feature auto-switching, which means they’ll pair with the Samsung device you’re using at that moment in time.
Samsung’s upcoming wireless earbuds also feature SmartThings Find. Other features we can expect include an IP rating and some form of water resistance, Bluetooth 5.3, AAC and SSC codecs, and equalizer support. A previous leak had claimed that the Galaxy Buds FE would be priced at $99.99 in the US and €89.99 in European countries.
