Three people, including a child, are missing in Abitibi-Temiskamingu

The Sûreté du Québec is asking for the public’s help in finding a 30-year-old man and woman and a one-and-a-half-year-old child who have been missing since July 17.

30-year-old Matthew Allard Gaudreau, 30-year-old Miriam Gilbert, and one-and-a-half-year-old Olivia Gaudreau, all of Mackamick, Abidibi-Temiscamingue.

The three men were last seen on July 17, around 12:45 p.m., in Authier-Nord, as they headed north of Villebois towards the Casa-Berardi mine area.

They traveled with their two dogs in a 1981 white GMC van registered Quebec H17 ZCQ.

Their loved ones have reason to fear for their health and safety.

Mathieu Allard-Gaudreau is 1.78 m (5 ft 8 in) tall and weighs 82 kg (180 lb). He has black hair and brown eyes.

Miriam Gilbert is 1.55 m (5 ft 1 in) tall and weighs 73 kg (160 lb). She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Olivia Gaudreau (one and a half years old) has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who sees this vehicle or these people is asked to call 911. Also, any information that might help identify them can be reported confidentially to the Sûreté du Québec’s Criminal Information Center at 1 800 659 -4264.
