The calm of the riverwalk in Beaumont was disturbed in the evening. According to preliminary information from the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), two people were found unconscious in an apartment and a third was taken to hospital as a precaution.
Emergency services as early as 7 p.m S.Q. The Beaumont Fire Department was called to assist in responding to a residence on Route du Flue in Beaumont.
A perimeter wall was erected near the residence.
