Ubisoft wants you to try its subscription service, Ubisoft+, for free on PC between now and October 10.
As one of the many announcements made by Ubisoft Forward last night, Ubisoft is offering players the chance to “play your favorite franchises, challenge yourself and your friends or create new worlds on PC with Ubisoft+, including new Day 1 and premium DLC releases.”
There are two levels; You can either limit your access to PC, where you get 30 days to try its library, premium versions, and 100+ games, or you can go for Multiple Access which offers the same option but also the option to play on Google Stadia via cloud games as well.
“Play on any desktop, tablet, or mobile device,” explains Ubisoft. The Multi Access plan is the best option to play on any device without worrying about the download or the specifications of your PC.
30 days is longer than a subscription service usually offers, and there’s plenty of time to complete an Assassin’s Creed game you started but didn’t finish, or try out downloadable content that you missed. As always, though, you’ll be charged at the end of the period if you don’t cancel in time, and unfortunately, PC and Stadia are the only two platforms currently available.
