Weather Quebec: Moderate temperatures continue to overlook the province

A mild, but cloudy weekend continues Sunday, before a slight cooldown in Quebec early in the week.

Temperatures will continue to dance around freezing during the day on Sunday and Monday should do the same despite a slight chill.

Weather in Quebec will remain gray on Sunday, except for the north coast and east of the province, where beautiful sunshine is expected during the day.

According to Environment Canada forecasts, intermittent snow will appear during the day on Sunday, but without heavy accumulation.

According to MétéoMédia's radar forecasts, the extreme south of the province is at risk of being affected by the end of a weather system from the United States this afternoon.

On the North Shore, where sun alternates with clouds on Sunday, a significant chill is expected from Sunday evening with temperatures in the -30s, continuing into Tuesday.

In Gaspésie and Bas-Saint-Laurent, some cooling is also expected from Sunday night, which will last until Tuesday.

Elsewhere in the province, temperatures are expected to drop from Monday evening, while remaining above the seasonal average.
