If you needed another reason to love the cast of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” well, here you go.
Rob McElhenney recently joined Jason and Travis Kelce on an episode of the New Heights podcast where they discussed things Al-Nsour Foundation for Autism The extent of the actor’s involvement.
One topic in particular was the bidding on Kelsey’s autographed Princess Diana Eagles jacket, with all proceeds benefiting the foundation. McElhenney said he set his highest bid at $62,000 — a number chosen to represent his favorite eagle.
Unfortunately he was outbid…and it was an inside job. The culprit?
His wife and co-star Kaitlin Olson, who won the bidding war for $100,000. (And it’s *incredibly* epic.)
Olson made a surprise appearance on the podcast to explain why she needed to win over her husband.
“We live in the same house, and this is an important institution for both of us,” Olson said. “The jacket looks great on her [Jason’s] wife. Obviously for women, I want that. He didn’t mention anything about that. I’m like “what are you doing?” Mutt.”
A few weeks later, Olson finally received the jacket.
It was also important for her to note that she did not wear the jacket during the Eagles-Cowboys game and would not be held responsible for the outcome of the game.
Just a bird supporting birds.
creative.
